This is the opening salvo for on Maintaining
My Grave- The B-side on The Starvations 7" offering. The sound it's wailing
guitars and sobbing percussion, all wrapped up in singer Gabriel Hart's vocal
casket. The 7" is a devastating platter of two tracks that explore the
darker areas of the human psyche, and for Starvations fans it will be pure
ecstasy. It is a drunk dreaming of Eden while drowning in the bathtub. It
is a pretty girl throwing herself from her bedroom window. It is smog in the
lungs. It is utter regret. It is slashed wrists, lonely nights wrapped up
in the cold cloak of misery. So pour yourself a drink and get on with it!
